1. About These Terms
These terms govern your use of Chrysolite Academy training services provided by Chrysolite AI Ltd ("we", "us"). By booking a course or using our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Course Bookings
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Joining instructions and session links will be sent by email no later than 2 business days before the course start date.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 14 or more days before the course: Full refund or transfer to a different date at no charge.
- 7โ13 days before the course: 50% refund, or full credit towards a future course.
- Less than 7 days before the course: No refund. Transfer to a future date (one transfer permitted).
- No-show on the day: No refund or transfer.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses where minimum enrolment numbers are not met. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or transfer.
4. Prices & VAT
All prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the current UK rate (20%) will be added at checkout. VAT invoices are provided for all purchases.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, slides, code samples, and resources provided as part of training are the intellectual property of Chrysolite AI Ltd. They are licensed for your personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or used for commercial training purposes.
6. Session Recordings
Where session recordings are provided, access is for the enrolling delegate only and is available for 30 days post-session. Recordings may not be downloaded, shared, or redistributed.
7. Conduct
We expect all attendees to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow delegates. We reserve the right to remove any attendee from a live session without refund in cases of disruptive or abusive behaviour.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chrysolite AI Ltd's liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or business losses.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
